Just Sold

Just sold this 4-family investment property in Park Slope’s Historic District. Given rent increases in the past year, it represented a great opportunity to pick up stable/increasing cash flow and tax benefits on a classic building, perfectly situated in a thriving neighborhood. There are more out there. Something for opportunistic investors and end users to consider before the market picks up steam again.
