“Thanks Steven. You certainly are one of the nicest and most thorough realtors that I have interacted with and that’s saying a lot since my sister works in the business.” – G. F.
“***** – Wonderful service. Tireless. Spent many months helping us in various stages of our decision to move. Transparent and very thorough communicator. Would recommend Steven highly. He knows Park Slope very well and has a good sense of the market.” – J.M.
“***** – We really enjoyed working with Steven. When we began this process, we initially vacillated between purchasing a house or an apartment, and as we slowly honed in on what we were looking for, Steven was super patient throughout and never pushy, which we deeply appreciated. He was also always very responsive to requests, and was a very effective go-between on all fronts once we made our offer, and we were so grateful! As well as representing us in our purchase, he also represented us in our sale. I cannot emphasize enough how his knowledge of our area, his skills in showing and managing potential buyers, and deep financial expertise helped us here–these were critical and really showed. We were elated to have gotten so many offers on our home, and Steven was incredibly helpful in navigating through it all. We’re so happy with our experience with Steven that we would not hesitate to work with him again–until then, we’ve already sent referrals! We would highly recommend him to any buyer or seller.” – C.T.
“***** – My partner first reached out to Steve in summer 2020, and we closed on a co-op unit just a few days ago, in October 2021. We are first-time homeowners, and we had no experience looking for co-ops or condos in NYC. We found Steve to be remarkably helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process—which spanned more than a year, at least a dozen property viewings, scores of phone calls, and hundreds of emails. Steve lives in our neighborhood, is sensitive to the particular quirks and idiosyncrasies of properties in this area, and is always willing to answer questions for us to the best of his ability, no matter how basic or trivial. He has a real wealth of experience and expertise. We felt very well taken-care-of, and that our interested were being looked out for: Steve always kept us abreast of updates, asked questions on our behalf (and often suggested what questions we should be asking), and pointed out lots of things that were not evident to us in various listings. While we still haven’t moved into the new place, I’m confident that we will love it. We are so grateful to Steve for all the work he put in on our behalf, and I would recommend him without reservations to anyone looking to purchase a home in Park Slope or its surrounding neighborhoods. Thanks again, Steve.” J.D.
“***** – I was so thankful to find Steve during the process of finding a home. He called me up and discussed all the things I wanted and helped me narrow my ideas and figure out what was possible. When we started looking he gave me a ways to think about the properties and helped me weigh pros and cons. His experience put me at ease and helped me feel comfortable making a decision. He also helped walk me through the process since it was my first time buying. I highly suggest working with him.” – R.S.
“***** – Steven recently helped me purchase a two-family townhouse in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. What I appreciated about Steven was his financial expertise. As I began the process, I was determining what I could afford and how best to structure my real estate purchase, as I was in the process of selling a second home and potentially selling or renting my primary property. There were a lot of moving pieces and he was a good sounding board. We did a round of looking at properties and Steven was patient as I weighed what was most important to me – which in the end was location. He was happy to arrange for me to see places I was unlikely to purchase but was helpful to provide me with context. I appreciated the data he shared on recent sales and analyzing price per sq. foot which helped ensure I was making a good investment. Once I was in the process of making an offer, Steven counseled me on the offer price and negotiations from there. He was super responsive and engaged through the financing process down to when I closed. Overall, he was a consummate professional – not pushy and never dramatic.” – S.M.
“***** – Steven was a wonderful broker! We are grateful for the time he invested in us as clients. We never felt pressured by him and he consistently presented us with solid due diligence and market analysis to help us make an informed decision. Steven was patient, kind, responsive and trustworthy. This was our first real estate purchase and he helped to explain the entire process in easy to comprehend steps, and was very supportive from start to finish. Also, his decades of experience living in Brooklyn added a wonderful local perspective, and his background in finance brought valuable analytic expertise to the table. We would highly recommend him to any buyer!” – W.G.
“*****- I really enjoyed working with Steven, luckily by chance after seeing a condo last fall. Steven helped me navigate my first home purchase and I felt confident he was advocating for me every step of the way. He is responsive, efficient, and will go out of his way for you. I had an issue with the bank that Steven took his own initiative to resolve. He broke things down for me in understandable terms and was a good buffer between sometimes harder to deal with characters throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home in New York.” – L.F.
“***** – As first time home buyers in Brooklyn (Park Slope), we really enjoyed working with Steve. He’s intimately familiar with the neighborhood, which made it easy for us to trust his POV as we explored different listings together. We really appreciated Steve’s attitude throughout our apartment search – he’s professional and knowledgeable, without being overly push. He was always accessible and consistently sent us listings. On walk-throughs, he asked the right amount of questions, but gave us space to explore and get a feel for each unit. Steve was also ready and able to give recommendations as needed – for lawyers, mortgage brokers and inspectors. He was a reassuring presence throughout our search, and helped smooth out our entire experience!” – C.N.
“***** – Working with Steve was excellent! As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and Steve always took the time to explain any and all details and processes regarding the sale. He was extremely responsive, and made me feel comfortable and confident going forward with my purchase, even during a pandemic! Steve’s experience working and living in Brooklyn provided an extremely helpful perspective and I appreciate all of his help, especially in providing connections with a loan officer and a real estate lawyer. He ensured that communications went smoothly between all parties involved. I highly recommend Steve’s services!” – G.G.
“***** – Steven was incredibly helpful during our search and once we had an accepted offer. As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of support, and Steve was there every step of the way. His communication skills are top notch, and he managed to assuage our stresses and fears as we negotiated the complex world of New York City real estate. We will absolutely work with him again! I will never forget his call when he told us our offer was accepted. He and his wife were audibly cheering for us! He’s a great guy!!!” – D.H.
“***** – Steve was terrific to work with. He was patient and worked with our criteria and was ultimately instrumental in locating and helping us close on our apartment. He also armed us with extensive data to enable us to make the most informed decision we could and he attended every showing we scheduled. We absolutely recommend Steve and know he will be an extremely valuable resource for you whether you are listing or selling. We wish him all the best!” – N.L.
“***** – We had a great experience with Steven buying our first apartment. He knew the process really well and was able to advise along the way. He also was incredibly responsive, often returning an email or message within minutes. He approached the whole process with knowledge and kindness. We would highly recommend him as an agent. He also knows Brooklyn very well!” – T.O.R
“***** – Steven was so great to work with. He responded to our request to view the property immediately and guided us through the process from start to finish. We were first time home buyers and didn’t know the ropes, but he connected us with a loan officer, lawyer and walked us through the process step by step. He aided with communication between all parties and made the entire home buying experience quick (closed in just 3 months!) and painless. We would absolutely recommend Steven for anyone looking to buy, especially in the Brooklyn area.” – J.E.
“***** – Steve was fantastic.” – J.K.
